PS. this is my first post on this site. I just found it a minute ago. I have to admit, I am having writer's block. I have been writing a lot of mortgage advice and content recently for all my sites and I am exhausted from writing. I want going to take the reason way out and make a short post, but the automatic system on this site stopped me from being lazy. It made be go back and add more content. So I have to ramble on for a little long just to satisfy the machine.
