Gues what I have found out that most govermental agencys are courrupt in there own ways . Code enforment which is different from construction codes is probly the most selective form of informent. whit no real license to lose directed by the community director and the for fathers of the town, which would more than likely turn oveer in there grave seein gthis happen. than there are managers about to retire again apointed not liccensed. how just whan things to go away. There are a few ethical people who get harrased and treatened to lose there jobs for doing the right thing. I am one now in process of selling house and losing all materiial things. I praise God for wife and kids who are suportive. No lawyer wants to take ion the politics or at least the good oines. So the good do die young as i was in er and hospital for several days. and now slow and confused.
